Discount fragrances were once relegated to drugstores and corner dime shops, and the phrase was basically used interchangeably with “cheap perfume.” To wear discount fragrances meant that you smelled as though you bathed in alcohol but hadn’t otherwise bathed in months, yet women everywhere would use discount fragrances because they didn’t have the money to purchase the bigger and better varieties. Here’s the question: if you’re using a huge amount of discount fragrances every day, is it really a discount?

Luckily, women no longer have to deal with the stigma of discount fragrances. A discount fragrance is no longer necessarily low quality, and many companies have begun to offer discount fragrances that smell exactly like higher-priced options. In an even bigger and better improvement, discount fragrances now last just as long as more expensive options so you simply dab a bit on your pulse points and go. That’s the true definition of discount fragrance.

The development of better and higher quality discount fragrances is really good for everyone. Women don’t have to sink a boatload of money into buying a discount fragrance that won’t last and smells like cheap perfume. Husbands can now buy their wives discount perfume that smells as beautiful as if they’d spent hundreds of dollars on it. Co-workers don’t have to suffer through days of clouds of discount fragrances wafting over their cube walls and making them sick. Who doesn’t benefit from the newer, better discount fragrances?
